PURCHASE
AGREEMENT
The
undersigned agrees to lease / purchase the Four Steps Level Two Indicator Package and
Software from Dr. John F. Clayburg subject to the following terms and conditions.
The purchaser understands that the data used to represent the
performance of systems is hypothetical in nature. Purchaser has read and understands the
disclaimers associated with the promotional material. Purchaser is aware that
the system is subject to drawdown and consecutive losing trades.
No refunds.
All
system and indicator computer code, being proprietary in nature, will not be
disclosed.
The system,
while profitable in the past, is not in any way guaranteed to be profitable in
the future.
Past results
are not indicative of future performance.
There
are no implied warranties of any nature associated with this product.
Purchaser agrees to not disclose any of the information in any of these products to any third party.
CONTRACT
TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
You are agreeing to a legally binding contract.
If you select the three monthly payment option you have entered a binding
contract
to make three monthly payments. It is your obligation to provide a valid credit
card.
It is also your obligation to maintain this card in such a manner that
all subsequent payments may be made.
If this credit card is no longer available to make these payments it is your
responsibility
to provide a credit card that can be used to make these payments.
In no circumstances will any payments scheduled in on this contract be suspended
or forgiven.
If you have requested check payment and these check payments are not made on a
monthly basis
you agree that the credit card provided will be used to fulfill any payments
due.
If you default on this binding contract by failing to make monthly payments
you agree to pay any and all legal fees, court costs and collections fees
which may result when you are prosecuted for failure to fulfill the obligations
of this contract.
