ONLINE AGREEMENT and SIGNUP FORM

SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

The undersigned agrees to subscribe to the Real Time S&P Commentary from Dr. John F. Clayburg subject to the following terms and conditions.

Subscriber understands that there are no guarantees that trading profits will result from the use of these commentaries.

Subscriber understands that:
1.   Commentaries generated by this service are intended for the use by the subscriber only.
2.   Re-transmission or other use of these commentaries is prohibited without permission.
3.   There are no guarantees that trading profits will result from the use of these commentaries.
4.    There is significant risk of loss of trading capital when trading futures
5. Commentaries will be transmitted periodically during trading hours and that transmissions occur when significant price levels are identified by proprietary means.
6. Commentaries will not be available on days when Dr. Clayburg is not in his office due to conventions, speaking engagements, etc.
7.   Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary date of the original subscription unless cancelled by the subscriber.

The subscription is non - refundable.

There are no implied warranties of any nature associated with this product.

Payment is by credit card only. Subscriber agrees that his/her credit card will be charged automatically each month on the anniversary date of the original subscription unless cancelled by the subscriber unless notification of cancellation in writing is given at least 5 business days prior to the anniversary date of the original subscription.
